"Easy way to get a new phone"
I got my new phone through financing and, like I said, it was simple. I didn’t have to pay everything up front, which helped a lot, and the payments are clear each month. Like I said, no issues so far and the whole process was easy.

I’ve been using Boost Mobile for a few months now, and for my usual day-to-day stuff, the data speed has been really solid. Videos load fast, and maps don’t freeze up when I’m driving around, which is mostly what I need it for. I did hit one slow spot once, so I wouldn’t say it’s perfect everywhere, but in the places I use it most, I’ve been happy with it.

It works fine at first, but once you hit the data limit, things slow down a lot. I get that there have to be limits, but it would be nice if the slowdown was more reasonable. People still need to do basic stuff online, so a little fairness there would go a long way.

I started with the regular SIM first, then switched over to eSIM when I got my new phone. the whole setup took maybe 10 minutes, and the service kicked in right away. I know some people make it sound like switching to eSIM is a hassle, but for me it was smooth with no real issues.

My old number moved over quickly, so no real drama there. I was expecting a headache because this stuff usually turns into a headache, and I kept checking because I hate waiting, I really hate waiting. I’ve been using my Boost Mobile hotspot a lot whenever my home Wi-Fi starts acting up, and it’s been solid. Videos load without much trouble and my laptop stays connected, so I don’t have to deal with unnecessary stress when my internet goes out. It’s not perfect everywhere, but around my area it works great. Overall, I’m happy with it

I mostly use Boost for phone calls, it’s been solid for me. Most days, calls go through just fine, which is a relief. I’ve had a couple dropped calls in certain spots, which can be a little frustrating, but it hasn’t been bad enough to really stress me out. For the price, I’m genuinely happy with it

"Pretty good help at the store"
I stopped by the Boost Mobile store to get my phone switched over, and the guy working there was really helpful. He explained the plan options in a way that made sense and had my new SIM up and running in maybe 10 or 15 minutes.

I’m giving it around 4 stars because I did have to wait a little while, probably since there was only one person working. But once he got to me, the service was solid and I left with my phone working like it should
